A culinary masterclass

Unleash your inner master chef as you learn how to prepare Mediterranean gastronomic delights with the chefs at our fine dining restaurant, Lonja 18. Keen cooks can hone their skills as our expert chefs guide them step by step through this culinary masterclass, from selecting the right ingredients, to garnishing the dishes, Mallorcan style.

Hike & Wine

Gastronomes can develop their understanding of the island and its wines on this walking tour. After a quick transfer inland, hikers will follow a scenic trail through the island’s stunning landscapes, led by a local guide who’ll share their knowledge of the local plants and wildlife.

This rewarding walk finishes at a family-run vineyard, where your hosts will talk you through a range of red and white wines to taste over a lunch of delicious local dishes.

Sóller Valley Orange Fields

Foodies can discover the origins of the citrus fruit that the Sóller Valley is famous for on this delightful tour. On a guided or self-guided stroll around the 18,000sqm orchard at Sa Vinyassa, guests are introduced to the different varieties of citrus, developed in the valley over centuries past. 

After walking through the orchards, thick with the heady perfume of ripe oranges and blossoms, you’ll be invited to sample fresh organic orange juice and some exquisite Mallorcan canapés.

Gin tasting experience

Gin enthusiasts can discover authentic Mallorcan gin while enjoying fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea from our Sunset Sushi Lounge. Our mixologist offers a selection of three native gins, infused with juniper berries and aromatic herbs from the Tramuntana Mountains.

Times: 18:00 – 19:00, advance booking required.

• Available for both in-house and day guests
• Experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• Subject to availability, with availability for one Gin Tasting Experience per day

A Mallorcan sanctuary: walk and traditional lunch

This walk offers the perfect opportunity to sample local cuisine in an authentic setting. On a private tour of the olive groves on a local estate, you’ll learn about the annual olive harvest, the origins of the centuries old trees, and the history of the estate. 

This is followed by a delightful lunch in a charming 16th century farmhouse, or finca. The traditional merienda (lunch) is prepared in a stone oven, with delicious freshly baked bread, local sobrasada sausage, marmalades and olive oil – all produced on the estate. 

Romantic dinner under the stars

To create a truly spellbinding occasion, enjoy an intimate private dining experience on our Tramuntana terrace, or by our infinity pool. Over a delicious tasting menu, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the clear, starry skies. 

Seafront Romantic Dinner at Tramuntana Terrace includes:

Romantic Dinner at Tramuntana Terrace must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Poolside Romantic Dinner must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fees apply. Reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions. Maximum of one reservation per evening.
