The cuisine of a-Ma-Re Capri is entrusted to Head Chef Anna Vichi, who arrived at Jumeirah Capri Palace in 2016, after having honed her craft between Forte dei Marmi, Como, Milan and St. Moritz. From the typical "ziti alla Genovese" to the "parmigiana di melanzane", a-Ma-Re Capri's menu is a hymn to Naples, completed by the pizzas of Franco Pepe, one of the best pizza chefs in the world.
