Tax Policy
All room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% VAT.
Taxi service
Reliability of taxi services has been impacted by seasonality, peak timings, weather conditions, and strikes in the past. Please consider private transfer or car rental service and feel free to contact us for further information and help.

Children and extra beds
Children: 0 - 3 years are free of charge, 4 - 11 years will be charged 50% from publish rate for breakfast. Jumeirah Bali considers children 12 year old or over as an adult. Extra charges may apply. Additional cots can be provided on request with free of charge.

Pets
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.
