A Melting Pot of Cuisines at The Fore

As morning arrives, The Fore welcomes guests to start their day within a space softly illuminated by golden light, with the silhouette of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab gracing the panoramic views. As the day deepens, a metamorphosis begins. The Fore transforms, revealing four distinct restaurants, each an opportunity to explore new depths of global flavours.

Madame Li’s kitchen tells an evocative tale through handwritten recipes – those of a fictional, well-travelled Asian woman whose culinary escapades inspired this elegant venue. Latticework, intricate patterns, and art pieces reflect diverse Asian traditions, while earthy tones and soft-edged seating contribute to the overall feeling of refined ease. Each dish on the menu reflects Madame Li’s bold and sophisticated palate, envisioned by Head Chef Mehmet İpar. His fascination with Cantonese cuisine has created his signature flair for traditional Chinese flavours and exciting global influences. Classic and contemporary dim sum sit beside a magnificent Peking duck, and the vibrant heat of wok-fried creations mingles with small and large plates from across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Close by, Mirabelle evokes a sense of Mediterranean nostalgia with sweeping views of the superyacht marina and surrounding villas. Every detail, from the sun-ripened ingredients to the relaxing atmosphere, is cultivated to transport you to the picturesque shores and the cherished spirit of the South of France. The ambience of the Côte d'Azur creates an effortless gathering place for friends and family to embrace life’s simple pleasures. Helmed by French native Chef Sacha Enjalbert, the brasserie offers a feast of fresh seafood and beloved classics, ranging from a selection of oysters to sumptuous Poulet Roti, with each dish paying homage to traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

Hints of cardamom and the gentle sizzle of spices drift along the breeze from The Bombay Club as Chef Manav Tuli’s menu presents a nuanced interpretation of Indian classics. After helming the Michelin-starred CHAAT in Hong Kong and contributing to the acclaimed Tamarind in London, Chef Tuli has crafted this restaurant as a profound love letter to Bombay, a place where rich flavours and colourful traditions are celebrated. The ambience and interiors evoke the opulence of Old Bombay. The menu unfolds with aromatic Indian dishes, from the zest of Goan prawn halchao to the tender, smoky depths of tandoori wagyu beef cheek, each marked by Chef Tuli’s masterful touch and passion for authentic Indian culinary heritage.

At Umi Kei, led by the precision of Head Chef Yukou Nishimura, classic Japanese cuisine reaches new heights within an intimate izakaya-inspired space. The revered Japanese art of Kintsugi informs the experience, celebrating the beauty found in imperfection and crafting an authentic and immersive exploration through Japan's ancient culinary traditions. The menu reveals a captivating selection of ramen, robata, and yakitori, alongside the refined theatre of omakase. To complement these exquisite tastes, guests can discover an inspired selection of craft beverages and cherished traditional favourites such as sake and matcha.

The Fore Bar

Appearing as a luminous, floating pearl centrepiece, The Fore Bar casts a soft glow over shelves lined with intriguing bound books. Here, expert mixologists dream up beverages that encourage you to reconsider your usual preferences. Discover creations like the Sasayaki, where mushroom-infused bourbon meets honey popcorn syrup, or the Masala Fashion, a bold reimagining of the classic Old Fashioned with warming Indian spices.

At The Water’s Edge

A short stroll from The Fore Bar, our dining experiences gracefully extend outdoors along the promenade, for enjoyable meals gazing out to sea.

Perched on the beachfront and overseen by Head Chef Andreas Gkipalis, Iliana evokes the enticing culinary heritage of the Greek islands. This refined Mykonian experience spills out onto a sunset rooftop terrace with uninterrupted views of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, and exclusive access to a private beach and teal-hued pool. The menu sings with vibrant coastal flavours, celebrating generous fresh seafood platters and expertly grilled dishes, including delicate seabass carpaccio and succulent chicken souvlaki. The bar showcases unique mixes and a handpicked selection of sparkling refreshments. Through bright design and open spaces, the lightness of this space brings the warmth and relaxing sophistication of the Mediterranean to Dubai’s golden shores for all to enjoy.

Just a few steps away, Rialto carries you to Italy's Golden Age, drawing inspiration from the romance of Venice. Head Chef Roberto Rispoli began his career at 15 in a family-run fish restaurant near his hometown of Naples. Since then, he has cultivated an impressive career spanning two decades. His talent blossomed under the esteemed guidance of Alain Ducasse's La Trattoria Toscana in Milan. Later, he made history, earning the first Michelin Star for an Italian restaurant in Paris while at the helm of Il Carpaccio at Le Royal Monceau, in Paris.

Inspired by the iconic Rialto Bridge, the restaurant is opulently designed with shimmering chandeliers, rich tapestries, and sumptuously draped fabrics, showcasing Italian modernist design and the vibrant flair of the Liguria region. The menu explores Northern Italian cuisine, placing a keen emphasis on seasonal and exceptionally fresh produce. The bar, radiating a charming 1950s Italian character, presents enjoyed classics, including the renowned Negroni Sbagliato, prepared and presented on an ornate trolley.
