• When staying: Simply let your Jumeirah host know at check-out that you would like to use your Jumeirah One Points towards part or all of your bill. The selected amount will be deducted instantly.

• When dining and well-being: Download the Jumeirah App, log in and select the ‘Pay with Points’ option. Enter the amount you wish to redeem and present the authorisation code upon payment at participating dining outlet and Talise spa experiences. The selected amount will be deducted directly from your bill.
