At The Chinoiserie counter, discover a thoughtfully curated collection of pastries and desserts crafted by our pastry team, celebrating seasonal ingredients, classic French techniques and contemporary creativity.

Signature creations include the 100% Vanilla, an indulgent composition showcasing vanilla in multiple textures, and the 100% Chocolate, a rich and refined interpretation of chocolate featuring dark chocolate crémeux, cocoa praline and gianduja crème brûlée.

The collection continues with elegant patisserie favourites such as the Pistachio Paris-Brest, layered with pistachio praline and mousseline cream, the seasonal Fraisier, combining vanilla sponge, pastry cream and fresh strawberries, and delicate fruit tarts featuring raspberry or strawberry.

For those seeking comforting classics, the menu also includes a warm Sticky Toffee Pudding served with vanilla ice cream, alongside freshly baked cakes, madeleines, financiers and artisan cookies.
