Children and extra beds
Two children below the age of six can share the room with their parents free of charge. Children between the age of six and twelve can stay with their parents with an extra bed in the room. Only one extra bed is allowed in the room at a fee of KWD 18.000 plus 15% service charge.
Pets
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.

Smoking is permitted only in smoking rooms, designated areas of F&B outlets and outdoor public areas.

Credit Cards
The limit for payments in cash in any currency is KWD 8,000 (or equivalent) for individual guests and KWD 16,000 (or equivalent) for families / groups per transaction. All major credit cards are accepted.
