Overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Shimmers sets the stage for an elegant New Year's Eve celebration by the sea.

Chef Vincenzo presents a specially curated five-course Greek Mediterranean menu, showcasing vibrant coastal flavours and seasonal ingredients. Complemented by free-flowing beverages, the experience captures the spirit of a festive Mediterranean gathering.

As midnight approaches, anticipation builds towards a spectacular fireworks display, creating a memorable start to the year ahead.
