Experience an extraordinary evening celebrating the artistry of Japanese cuisine as an entire Hon Maguro - Bluefin Tuna is flown in from Japan for a live Tuna Cutting Ceremony. Led by Chef Yukou Nishimura, the carving demonstrates the precision and craftsmanship behind this revered culinary tradition.

The evening continues with a refined nine-course set menu crafted from the freshly cut tuna, highlighting its most prized selections from lean to richly marbled.
