As part of The Culinary Collective series, Summersalt and Flamingo Room come together in a dialogue of craft and creativity - an exploration of coastal cuisine through two distinct culinary lenses: the bold Latin American spirit of Chef Hernan Garcia, and the refined, elevated classics of Chef Jesse Blake from Flamingo Room.
