Jumeirah Sirius Programme Rules 

  1. 1.       Accumulation of Jumeirah Sirius Points

1.1.    Jumeirah Sirius Points are the reward currency of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme.

1.2.    Jumeirah Sirius Points can be earned based on eligible spend on: (I) room charges after check-out (subject to clauses 1.3 and 1.4 below); (II) food and beverage charges; (III) spa charges at selected Jumeirah Talise Spa’s; and (IV) retail purchases at selected Jumeirah-owned retail outlets, at all Jumeirah hotels and resorts and properties managed by Jumeirah Living LLC ("Jumeirah Living"), and outlets owned and/or operated by Jumeirah Restaurants LLC.  Jumeirah Sirius Points can also be earned on entrance fees to Jumeirah’s Wild Wadi Waterpark.

1.3.    Jumeirah Sirius Points are collected at a rate of two (2) Sirius Points and two (2) Tier Points for every one United States Dollars ($US1) of Eligible Jumeirah Spend, net of government charges and municipality fees and applicable service charges, and after applicable discounts.

1.4.    Jumeirah Sirius Silver & Gold members will receive an additional 50% bonus Sirius Points. The bonus Points is only applicable to Sirius Points earned, and does not account towards the Tier Points.

1.5.    Jumeirah Sirius Points will be awarded only on an “Eligible Room Rate”.

1.5.1. Eligible Room Rates are those defined as:

  • ‘Publicly available’ or ‘Best Available Rates’ via Jumeirah’s website (www.jumeirah.com), booked directly by any of Jumeirah’s participating hotels. This also includes ‘Best Available Rates’ booked via travel agents and tour operators;
  • Retail packages;
  • Selected ‘Corporate’ and ‘Group’ rates where the Member’s individual hotel bill is invoiced directly to that Member’s company (or to the Member to settle on behalf of his/her company) and the Member is responsible for authorisation of payment at check-out.

1.5.2.  “Non-Eligible” rates do not qualify for Jumeirah Sirius Points and are those defined as:

  • Any booking made using a ‘contracted rate’ through a travel agent or individual wholesale/tour operator, third party websites, airline crew rates, travel industry rates, discounted long stays,  stays using gift vouchers, friends and family rates or employee rates, government rates;
  • Circumstances where the guest is a no show (if charged), any barter arrangement, any complimentary arrangement, a gift voucher or third party award or any stay which is a Jumeirah Sirius Reward stay;
  • ‘Corporate’ and ‘Group’ rates involving a group master-billing arrangement where charges for multiple rooms are placed or merged on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at check-out by one individual;
  • Selected promotional discounted room rates; or
  • Certain elements of room rates and/or package rates which may not, at Jumeirah’s sole discretion, be eligible for Jumeirah Sirius Points.

1.6.    Any Member staying at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences in Dubai will collect Jumeirah Sirius Points at a rate of two (2) Sirius Points and two (2) Tier Points for every one United States Dollars ($US1) of Eligible Jumeirah Spend on only room charge for stays within 30 nights. For each consecutive thirty (30) night stay after the original thirty (30) nights, Members will receive 5000 additional Jumeirah Sirius Points and Tier Points. Jumeirah Sirius Points for stays at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences will be credited only once after the Member has checked out and all charges have been settled. Consecutive stays count as one stay. Silver and Gold members will not earn the 50% bonus Sirius Points for stays at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences in Dubai.

1.7.    A Member must be a registered and paying guest staying in a participating Jumeirah hotel, residence or Jumeirah Living managed property and meet all of the conditions described herein to earn Jumeirah Sirius Points on room charges.

1.8.    Jumeirah Sirius Points are only earned by the Member on additional rooms if: (I) the Member is staying at the relevant Jumeirah hotel, residence or Jumeirah Living managed property at the same time; (II) all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member’s name; and (III) the Member pays for all rooms.

1.9.    Jumeirah Sirius Points will not be earned on membership fees, health club spend at any Jumeirah hotel or resort, spend at The Peak Health Club, London, conference and banqueting functions, corporate and company dining events, service charges, municipality fees paid, tourism fee, gift vouchers which are used as payment, theatre, visit visas, third party charges, paid out charges, other miscellaneous items, restaurants not managed by Jumeirah or franchise restaurants nor food and beverage transactions at either Wild Wadi Waterpark nor at any of the properties managed by Jumeirah Living.

1.10.Jumeirah Sirius Points are earned on the net billed amount excluding government charges and municipality fees and applicable service charges, and after any discount has been applied to the bill.

1.11.Members must present a valid Jumeirah Sirius Card to the cashier at the time of check-in or check-out and before payment is made, to allow for the accumulation of Jumeirah Sirius Points for room stays.

1.12.Members visiting Jumeirah Restaurants, Spa and Wild Wadi Waterpark must present a valid Jumeirah Sirius Card before payment to receive the Jumeirah Sirius Points. A member may earn Jumeirah Sirius Points at selected food and beverage outlets owned and/or managed by the Jumeirah Group only.

1.13.Member must allow forty-five (45) days for Jumeirah Sirius Points to reach their account.

1.14.Jumeirah Sirius Points will be credited only after payment is made in full for the transaction and for room stays after member has checked out of the hotel.

1.15.Bills should be retained as proof of spend until Jumeirah Sirius Points appear on the Member’s statement. Bills must be presented prior to a retroactive claim being actioned.  Failure to present a bill will result in the retroactive claim being rejected.

1.16.Members may not earn both Jumeirah Sirius Points and frequent flyer airline miles ("Miles") for the same stay. Guests must select either the Jumeirah Sirius Programme or a participating frequent flyer programme operated by an airline which is a Jumeirah partner ("Airline Partner") before check-out. Jumeirah Sirius Points may not be combined with/or transferred to, any other loyalty scheme operated by Jumeirah or any other airlines, unless a Jumeirah Sirius Points to Miles exchange agreement is in place.

1.17.Jumeirah Sirius Points can be earned when spending at participating organisations which allows Members to earn Jumeirah Sirius Points when they purchase its goods or services ("Sirius Partners"). Tier Points will not be earned on these transactions. For a full and current listing of Sirius Partners, visit www.jumeirahsirius.com.

1.18.The Jumeirah Sirius Programme reserves the right to discontinue partnerships and cease offering Jumeirah Sirius Points on partner transactions at any time. Jumeirah Sirius and its Sirius Partners reserve the right to decline any transaction/redemption request at any given time.

1.19.To receive Jumeirah Sirius Points on Sirius Partner transactions, a Jumeirah Sirius Card must be presented before payment is concluded at the time of purchase as failure to do so will result in no crediting of Jumeirah Sirius Points.

1.20.Jumeirah Sirius Points will be processed successfully only after notification is received from the Sirius Partner of the relevant transaction. Sirius will not be held liable for any failure on the part of the retailer to notify them.

1.21.If refunds are made to the Member in respect of goods or services for which the Member has received Jumeirah Sirius Points, Jumeirah will deduct the corresponding number of Jumeirah Sirius Points.

1.22.Jumeirah reserves the right to correct any Jumeirah Sirius Point values or statements at any time or when any error is realised, without notice to the Member.

1.23.If Jumeirah improperly denies an accrual or Privilege, our liability is only limited to the accurate posting of Jumeirah Sirius Points to such Member’s account as per the Jumeirah Sirius Programme's policy.

1.24.Members can access their e-statements and account activity online via www.jumeirahsirius.com at any time.

1.25.If the Member wishes to claim any adjustment to the number of Jumeirah Sirius Points credited or to claim retrospectively for Jumeirah Sirius Points, the Member must do so within six (6) months from date of the transaction by sending written details to a Jumeirah Sirius Representative: (I) in writing to Jumeirah Sirius Membership Services, PO Box 214159, Dubai, UAE; or (II) by email to sirius@jumeirahsirius.com, together with the copy of the bill for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Jumeirah Sirius Points. The Member’s card number must be printed on the bill. Failure to supply the adequate documentation may result in the denial of such Jumeirah Sirius Points credit. For new Members, retrospective credit will be accepted for eligible spend within the forty-five (45) day period prior to Member’s actual enrolment date into the Programme. Jumeirah reserves the right to decline any retrospective Jumeirah Sirius Points requests.

1.26.Subject to clause 1.3, Jumeirah Sirius Points are awarded at a rate of two (2) points for every one United States Dollar (USD 1) of Eligible Jumeirah Spend, net of government charges and fees and applicable service charges, and after applicable discounts. Jumeirah Sirius Silver & Gold members will receive an additional 50% bonus Sirius Points. The bonus is only applicable to Sirius Points earned, not Tier Points. Jumeirah Sirius Points awarded based on a currency other than United States Dollars (USD) will be calculated into U.S. dollars weekly, using a published rate of exchange in effect at time of conversion. This rate will be determined at Jumeirah Groups sole discretion, based on standard currency conversion methods but may vary from currency conversion rates.

1.27.From the date on which a hotel, resort or residence ceases to be a part of the Jumeirah group of companies, all stays or visits subsequent to such date will not be eligible to earn or redeem Jumeirah Sirius Points, no retroactive claims will be accepted relating to such stays or visits and/or to avail of any Tier Privilege regardless of when the reservation or redemption was made.

1.28.Jumeirah Sirius Points do not expire as long as the member has transacted with the programme (ie. earned points on eligible spend) in the last 12 months prior to the month of the points expiry.  However, if a member has not had any transactions on their membership account (no spend and no points earned) in the previous 12 months, the points on their account will expire after 2 years from their date of issue. 

1.29.Expiry of Points will be processed as per UAE time 00:00 hrs. (+4 hours GMT) on the 1st day of every month.

1.30.Expired Points will not be re-instated. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that any retro claims are processed before the point’s expiry is processed.

1.31.Jumeirah Sirius Points cannot be transferred to any other Member’s account.

1.32.Members may be required to show identification upon request when using their Jumeirah Sirius card at any time.

1.33.All bonus Points earned through any promotional offers will only account to the Sirius Points and not Tier Points.

  1. 2.       Redemption of Jumeirah Sirius Points

2.1.    General Redemption Terms and Conditions

2.1.1. Jumeirah Sirius Points can only be used in exchange for Rewards.

2.1.2. Jumeirah Sirius Points may only be redeemed by authorised Members for Rewards as specified by Jumeirah.

2.1.3. In order to qualify for a Reward, the Member must have sufficient Sirius Points in his/her account to redeem the Reward as specified by Jumeirah.  To claim an Reward, Members must contact a Sirius representative: (I) in writing to the Jumeirah Sirius Membership Services, PO Box 214159, Dubai, UAE; (II) by email to sirius@jumeirahsirius.com; (III) by fax to +971 (0) 4  364 7501; or (iv) via the Jumeirah Sirius website (www.jumeirahsirius.com). The Member can also contact the relevant Jumeirah participating hotel by email or telephone.  During busy times, Jumeirah recommends all redemptions are made at least fourteen (14) days in advance, in order to avoid disappointment. 

2.1.4. A Member must make advance reservation with the relevant Jumeirah participating hotel before such Member can use his/her Rewards, stating that the reservation is for redemption of Jumeirah Sirius Points.

2.1.5. Once Rewards are used/ consumed, they cannot be cancelled, re-credited, changed or reissued.

2.1.6. Jumeirah reserves the right to decline any Reward for any reason (including, but not limited to if the Reward procedure is not adhered to).

2.1.7. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash and no change for outstanding amounts will be given.

2.1.8. Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

2.1.9. Jumeirah Sirius may at any time without notice alter the number of Jumeirah Sirius Points required to obtain a particular Reward, withdraw a Reward, change the room category or impose additional restrictions on a Reward or conditions of obtaining it.

2.1.10.     No credit or substitutions will be given for any Reward Certificates that are only partially used.

2.1.11.     Jumeirah Sirius reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the Reward at any time without notice.

2.1.12.    When a member redeems a Reward, the required number of Jumeirah Sirius Points for that redemption will be automatically deducted from member's account instantly.

2.1.13.    Member will be required to provide his/her valid Jumeirah Sirius Membership card and valid identification when redeeming any Reward.

2.1.14.    Members can only use redemptions for personal use. 

2.1.15.    Redemption of Rewards may also be limited during certain times of the year.

2.1.16.    Rewards cannot be issued on Jumeirah Sirius Points earned for a Member’s current or future booked stays. These Jumeirah Sirius Points can only be redeemed when the Member next visits a participating Jumeirah hotel, residence or Jumeirah Living property.

2.2.    Stay Reward Redemptions

2.2.1. Members can redeem for Stay Rewards as outlined in the redemption offering which can be found on www.jumeirahsirius.com 

2.2.2. The number of Jumeirah Sirius Points required for stay redemptions will vary and are subject to availability at time of booking, length of stay and depending on the time of year, participating hotels and room categories booked. 

2.2.3. Advance reservations are required for all Stay Rewards. Stay Rewards cannot be requested at time of check in, in lieu of an existing booking, nor at check-out nor during the stay.

2.2.4. All Room Reservations including Jumeirah Sirius Room Redemptions are subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee per bedroom per night at all Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts and Jumeirah Residence located in Dubai as off 31 March 2014. Please note that a three bedroom hotel apartment is charged as three bedrooms (i.e. AED 60 per night), a two bedroom hotel suites is charged as two bedrooms (AED 40 per night) and a junior suite with one bedroom and a living room is charged as one bedroom (AED 20 per night).

2.2.5. To change the hotel, room category or date of the Stay Reward reservation, the Member must first cancel the existing Stay Reward reservation and then book the new Stay Reward reservation at the desired hotel or for the desired date. New points calculations will apply for all changes based on availability set out in paragraph 2.2.2, at time of booking.

2.2.6. Members will not earn Jumeirah Sirius Points or miles for Stay Rewards.

2.2.7. Members cannot gift Stay Rewards.

2.2.8. Stay Reward reservations are subject to the booking requirements of the individual hotel, such as length of stay or any other hotel restrictions.

2.2.9.  All Stay Rewards are subject to the hotel’s standard room occupancy capacity.

2.2.10.    Stay Rewards may be applied only to the guest room charges and does not include any food, beverage, incidental expenses or service charges. These charges are to be paid directly by the member to the hotel upon check-out.

2.2.11.    Jumeirah Sirius members cannot redeem for Points + Cash for Stay Rewards, members must have the sufficient number of Jumeirah Sirius Points in their account, to redeem for the requested Stay Reward. 

2.2.12.    Upgrade Rewards can only be redeemed for the available room categories at participating hotels as outlined in the redemption offering which can be found on www.jumeirahsirius.com 

2.2.13.    Members cannot use an upgrade redemption on a Stay Reward booking.

2.2.14.    The requested upgrade Rewards must be used for the entire stay of the member.

2.2.15.    Upgrade Rewards must be requested in advance by contacting the Jumeirah Sirius Call Centre.

2.2.16.    Once reservations have been made under the Members name, no name changes will be accepted for any Stay or Upgrade Rewards.

2.2.17.     When member checks- in with a Stay or Upgrade Reward, member will be required to present photo identification and provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidentals, based on the hotel’s check-in policy which may vary across hotels.

2.2.18.    Stay Rewards may be cancelled up to seven (7) days in advance of a Member’s stay. A Jumeirah Sirius representative must be informed of any cancellations via email sirius@jumeirahsirius.com. Jumeirah Sirius Points will then be re-credited to the Member’s account. If the Stay Reward is cancelled within seven (7) days, or a no show, or an early check-out, the member will forfeit Jumeirah Sirius Points redeemed for the first night of the stay. At certain times of the year, depending on special cancellation policy that will be communicated at time of booking, the member will forfeit all the Points redeemed for the entire stay.

2.3.    Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates  

2.3.1. Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates can only be used against for selected Dining, Spa, Retail, Wild Wadi Entrance, Beach Access, Airport Transfer services at participating Jumeirah hotels or resorts.

2.3.2. All Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates are subject to availability throughout the year and must be used within six (6) months from the date the Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificate has been issued, except for promotional Awards.

2.3.3. A Member must make a reservation with the relevant Jumeirah participating hotel before such Member can use his/her Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates, stating that the reservation is for redemption of Jumeirah Sirius Points.

2.3.4. Members have to present a valid Reward Certificate at time of reservation or before using the service at the participating hotel or resort.

2.3.5. Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates are not exchangeable for cash and no change for outstanding amounts will be given.

2.3.6. Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates are not valid for festive packages, private dining, minibar, room service or banqueting and special events.

2.3.7. Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

2.3.8. Members have to present a valid Jumeirah Sirius membership card when using the Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates.

2.3.9. Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates cannot be delivered without a valid email address in the Member’s profile. It is the responsibility of the member to verify his/her email address before processing the redemption.

2.3.10.    Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates cannot be emailed to any other email address. The Reward Certificate can only be emailed to the email registered in the member’s profile.

2.3.11.    Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates are subject to availability and restrictions.

2.3.12.    Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates once expired or redeemed, cannot be cancelled or extended.

2.3.13.    Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates have to be used by the members only.

2.3.14.    All Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates must be redeemed in strict accordance with the procedures specified on the certificates.

2.3.15.    Jumeirah Sirius Reward Certificates vouchers are void where copied, prohibited or restricted by law.

2.4.    Airline Partner and Other Partner Redemptions

2.4.1. Members can redeem Jumeirah Sirius Points in exchange for Miles or Points with selected participating Airline Partners and other participating partners, a list of which can be found on the Jumeirah Sirius website (www.jumeirahsirius.com). Selected such partners’ customers can also transfer their respective Partner Programme Points to Sirius Points.

2.4.2. Members can only transfer their Jumeirah Sirius Points during their active Membership term.

2.4.3. Jumeirah Sirius Points can only be transferred to Miles or Points by contacting a Jumeirah Sirius Representative: (I) in writing to the Jumeirah Sirius Membership Services, PO Box 214159, Dubai, UAE; (II) by email to Sirius@jumeirahsirius.com;  or (III) via the Jumeirah Sirius website (www.jumeirahsirius.com)

2.4.4. Jumeirah Sirius Points can only be transferred in increments of 100 Sirius Points. 

2.4.5. Redemption or usage of Partner Miles or Points is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating Airline Partners and other participating partners.

2.4.6. Jumeirah Sirius Airline Partners and other participating partners participating are subject to change without prior notice.

2.4.7. Members requesting a Jumeirah Sirius Points to Miles or Points exchange must be an active member of the participating Airline Partner’s frequent flyer programme or Members of participating partners’ programmes.

2.4.8. Members have to add their partnership membership details to the members profile in order to transfer points to the relevant partner.

2.4.9. Only Members can transfer Sirius Points to the members partner account.

2.4.10.    Exchanged Miles are considered bonus miles under the airline programme and will not count towards upgraded Tier status in the participating airline programme.

2.4.11.    Once a Jumeirah Sirius Points to Miles or Points exchange is requested, this will be an automated process and will take a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days.

2.4.12.    Jumeirah Sirius Points will be transferred successfully only after all the details provided by the Member are validated and confirmed by the Participating Airline Partner or other Participating partners.

2.4.13.    It’s the member’s responsibility to check with the relevant partner if the miles or points have been credited. Only after the miles or points have been successfully credited to the Partner, can the member then redeem the for selected services offered by the partner. 

2.4.14.    Once Jumeirah Sirius Points are transferred to Miles or Points they cannot be cancelled, re-credited, changed or reissued.

2.4.15.    Jumeirah and the participating Airline Partner and other participating partners have the right to decline a transfer request of Jumeirah Sirius Points to Miles or Points at any given time.

2.4.16.    Jumeirah has the right to change and/or terminate this programme at any time with or without prior written notice to Members.  

2.4.17.    Jumeirah Sirius Points earned through other participating Partners may vary from the standard earning proposition. Any variances will be outlined in www.jumeirahsirius.com

2.4.18.    All redemptions of Awards with a Partner are subject to the individual Partner’s terms and conditions and Jumeirah excludes all liability to any Member or other person in respect of any negligence, willful misconduct, poor service or breach of obligation arising out of the provision of or the failure to provide any service by or on behalf of a Partner.

2.4.19.    Jumeirah Sirius Points earned through participating Partners may vary from the standard earning proposition. Any variances will be outlined on www.jumeirahsirius.com 

  1. 3.       Accumulation of Tier Points

3.1.    Tier Points are the status currency of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme and are used to calculate eligibility for the Blue, Silver and Gold Membership categories (each, a “Tier”).

3.2.    Tier Points are only awarded to Members in respect of eligible Jumeirah Spend.  Subject to clause 1.3, two (2) Tier Points will be earned by Members for every one United States Dollar ($US1) of eligible Jumeirah Spend, net of government charges, municipality fees and applicable service charges, and after applicable discounts.

3.3.    Tier Points will not be credited towards any bonus or promotional transactions.

3.4.    Tier Points are not earned on spend with Sirius Partners.

3.5.    Tier Points are non-transferable. 

3.6.    Silver and Gold member 50% bonus Sirius Points is not applied  towards Tier Points.  No bonus Tier Points can be awarded.

3.7.    New members enrolled in Jumeirah Sirius Programme are automatically given Blue Tier.

3.8.    Earning Tier Status

  • Blue Tier – Blue Tier is the base tier of the Jumeirah Sirius Programme
  • Silver Tier – In order to qualify for a Silver Tier Status, Members must earn 10,000 Tier Points
  • Gold Tier – In order to qualify for a Gold Tier Status, Members must earn 40,000 Tier Points
  1. 4.       Membership Term and Card Renewal

4.1.    A Membership term is twelve (12) months for Silver and Gold Members.

4.2.    Silver and Gold Membership will be reviewed one year after the date of qualifying for that Tier category for the purposes of assessing Membership renewal (“Renewal”).

4.3.    The renewed Jumeirah Sirius Card will be dispatched to Members and may take up to twenty-eight (28) working days for delivery

4.4.    Jumeirah Sirius Silver and Gold Membership Cards are valid for thirteen (13) months, which allows for twelve (12) months of Membership plus [one additional month] for card delivery.

4.5.    Jumeirah Sirius Blue membership remains valid as long as the Member is active in the Jumeirah Sirius Programme, and the membership card can be downloaded via the Passbook or Passwallet App on smartphones or printed out from a Member’s Online Account page at www.jumeirahsirius.com.

4.6.    If no spend is registered on a Jumeirah Sirius Blue Card throughout a twenty-four (24) month period, such Member’s account will be made ‘inactive’ and only be reactivated upon a new spend being registered on that Member’s account.

  1. 5.       Tier Upgrades, Renewals and Downgrades

5.1.    In order for a Members to qualify for a ‘Tier’ they are required to earn the respective number of Tier Points.

5.2.    Members can move up through the Tiers based on earning the required number of Tier Points

  • Blue to Silver – 10,000 Tier Points
  • Silver to Gold – 30,000 Tier Points
  • Blue to Gold – 40,000 Tier Points

5.3.    Member may be upgraded directly from Blue to Gold, as long as the required number of Tier points (40,000) is earned in one stay or transaction.

5.4.    At Renewal, a Member’s account will be assessed and depending on the number of Tier Points earned, the relevant Tier qualified for, will be issued.

5.5.    In order to qualify for the tier renewal, members must earn the required number of Tier points before the expiry date of their membership

  • Silver Renewal – Minimum of 10,000 Tier Points
  • Gold Renewal – Minimum of 30,000 Tier Points

               If the required number of Tier Points is not achieved within a Membership term, Members will be downgraded.

5.6.    Members may be upgraded by two Tier categories, but downgraded by only one Tier category in a Membership term.

5.7.    At the time of any membership Renewal, Upgrade and Downgrade, all Tier Points will be reset to zero.

  1. 6.       Tier Privileges

6.1.    Jumeirah Sirius Members are eligible to receive Privileges based upon the Tier of Membership (the “Tier Privileges”). All Tier Privileges are subject to availability and subject to change at Jumeirah’s sole discretion. 

6.2.    Members may be required to show identification when using any the Tier Privileges. 

6.3.    A valid Jumeirah Sirius Card must be presented in order to avail of any Tier Privileges. 

6.4.    The Tier Privileges are only applicable to the Primary Member unless otherwise specified. 

6.5.    Jumeirah reserves the right to add, modify, or delete Tier Privileges and/or eligibility at its sole discretion at any time and without notice. 

6.6.    Member Tier Privileges are not eligible for Conference & Incentive functions, Events, Group Reservation and Bookings.

6.7.    All Terms and Conditions shall apply.

 

Jumeirah Sirius Privileges at participating Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts

STAY PRIVILEGES

Stay Privileges are applicable only for Members staying in the participating Jumeirah hotels and resorts or residences.

6.8.    Complimentary Internet Access

When staying at any Jumeirah hotels & resorts, Jumeirah Sirius Members will receive complimentary internet access. Access to the internet will be determined by the services available at each every hotel and at the time of stay. Such access may be made available within rooms, hotel business centres or on–site internet cafés.

6.9.    Complimentary night stay at any Jumeirah hotel or resort – Jumeirah Sirius Stay 4, Pay 3 Offer

From 1st June 2015, newly enrolled Jumeirah Sirius Blue Members will be eligible for a ‘Sirius Stay 4, Pay 3’ exclusive one time offer after their first eligible stay in any Jumeirah hotel, resort or residence where they showed their Jumeirah Sirius Card before check out and earned Sirius Points for their stay. Members will automatically be issued a ‘Sirius Stay 4, Pay 3’ e-certificate with a unique e-certificate number after 28 working days from check-out date, which can be used for their next stay at any of the Jumeirah hotels & resorts globally. Offer is valid for active Blue, Jumeirah Sirius Members only. Minimum stay of four consecutive nights is required. Valid for any available room category booked on Best Available rate. Not combinable or valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or discount and is subject to availability. Blackout dates, length of stay restrictions and room restrictions may apply. The certificate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rates are payable in local currency, plus applicable government charges/service charges/ municipality fees. Dubai Tourism Fee is chargeable at AED 20 per bedroom per night including the complimentary night.

All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard cancellation terms and may vary by hotel. Available room categories vary depending on each individual property. Reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of the booking. Advance booking is required and must be made via Jumeirah Sirius Call Centre or Jumeirah’s Central reservation office, requesting the ‘Sirius Stay 4, Pay 3’ offer and providing a valid e-certificate number. Member must stay themselves in order to be eligible for this offer. The offer/e-certificate cannot be transferred or gifted to anyone. E-certificates have a validity of 6 months, once expired the member cannot claim for the offer. Members have to provide a valid e-certificate to be eligible for this rate. Booking dates for this offer have to fall within the e-certificate validity dates. Members can earn Jumeirah Sirius Points for the eligible amount paid for the stay. 

6.10.Complimentary Breakfast

Silver - continental breakfast for two (2) guests

Gold - full breakfast for two (2) guests

A complimentary breakfast for two (2) guests is made available for each day of the Silver or Gold Member’s stay and is only valid at the hotel that the member stays in. At time of check-in, the hotel will inform the Member where breakfast will be served. Breakfast can be taken on the executive floor or in one of the restaurants but not as room service. The value of any unredeemed breakfast cannot be credited to the Member’s bill. The hotel will not charge service or gratuities to the Member’s bill for the complimentary breakfast. For room categories or packages where complimentary breakfast is provided as a Tier Privilege to the Member, the value of the unredeemed breakfast cannot be credited to the Member’s bill. If the Member chooses a different type of breakfast other than as described above, he/she will be credited the amount of complimentary breakfast and pay the difference. Any additional guests will be charged the full rate for breakfast. This Privilege is not valid in conjunction with any other room packages where breakfast is included, the member has to choose only one breakfast benefit. The type of breakfast served is at hotels’ sole discretion. Not applicable for ‘Long Stay rates’ at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences, Dubai.

6.11.Late Check–Out Facility

Late check–out is upon request and subject to availability for Gold and Silver Members as set out above. The Member must state that he/she wishes to avail of the late check–out Tier Privilege twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the check–out date. This Tier Privilege is only applicable to the Jumeirah Sirius Member’s room irrespective of the number of rooms booked.

6.12.Jumeirah Differentiator Amenity or Service

A complimentary amenity or service linked to each hotel’s individual Jumeirah brand differentiators will be offered to Silver or Gold members once during their stay at any Jumeirah hotel, resort or residence. The amenity or service is only applicable to the member’s room irrespective of the number of rooms booked. The amenity or service provided will vary across all hotels and anytime. These amenities are offered solely at the discretion of Jumeirah hotels and resorts.

6.13.Gold - complimentary round-trip airport transfer

Blue - not applicable

When staying at a Jumeirah hotel, Gold Members will receive complimentary transport between the Jumeirah hotel and the local airport to that destination.  In Dubai, this would be Dubai International Airport (DXB) only.  In London, this would be London Heathrow (LHR), London Gatwick (LGW) and London City (LCY) airports only. Airport transfer reservations must be made via the central reservations office of the Jumeirah hotel where the Member is staying and the Member must state that he/she is a Jumeirah Sirius Gold Member at the time of booking. The vehicle used is at the discretion of the Jumeirah hotel. Gold Members must stay a minimum of four (4) nights in one Jumeirah Hotel to avail of this Tier Privilege at Jumeirah hotels and resorts. Members staying at Jumeirah Residences in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London must stay a minimum of seven (7) nights. This Privilege applies once during the member's stay, and on check in and check- out days only. Only one vehicle will be offered complimentary ie for the room the guest is staying in. This Privilege is not valid in conjunction with any other complimentary airport transfers room packages, only one vehicle will be provided for the members’ stay. Not applicable for ‘Long Stay rates’ at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences, Dubai.

When staying at Jumeirah Dhevanafushi/Vittaveli, Silver and Gold Members will receive complimentary road/speedboat transport between the local airport and Jumeirah Dhevanafushi/Vittaveli. Reservations must be made via the central reservations office of the Jumeirah hotel, and the Member must state that he/she is a Jumeirah Sirius Silver* or Gold Member at the time of booking. The road transport and boat used is at the discretion of the Jumeirah hotel. All terms and conditions pertaining to the speedboat transfer shall be applicable. The transfer is not a private transfer, and the boat may accommodate up to a maximum of eighteen (18) guests. Silver Members staying at the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi/Vittaveli must stay a minimum of five (5) nights to be eligible for the speedboat transfer.  Gold Members must stay a minimum of four (4) nights to avail of this Tier Privilege.

6.14.Complimentary Room Upgrade

Gold - upgrade to next room category

Gold Members will receive a complimentary room upgrade at the time of check–in, subject to availability and rates. The room upgrade is applicable only when the room is charged at ‘Publicly available’ or ‘Best Available Rates’ via Jumeirah’s website (www.jumeirah.com) or booked directly at any of Jumeirah’s participating hotels. All upgrades will be to the next room category only. This Tier Privilege is not valid at the Burj Al Arab, Beit Al Bahar, as well as the Presidential and Royal Suites at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The upgrade applies to the Member’s room only. The room upgrade cannot be transferred to a third party. Not applicable at Jumeirah at Etihad Tower Residences, Grosvenor House Apartments and Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences.

6.15.Food & Beverage Discount at Jumeirah Restaurants

Blue - not applicable

Silver - 10%

Gold - 10%

Silver and Gold Members are entitled to a ten percent (10%) discount on food and beverage only. This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. This Tier Privilege is valid for all meal periods (excluding special dining or banqueting packages and Festive Gala Dinners), and applicable to the total bill (food and beverage only) paid by the Member (irrespective of whether the Member has personally availed of a complimentary meal, such as breakfast or any other meal).

For members staying in the participating hotel and charging the meal to their hotel room, the discount will be applied only upon checkout from the hotel and to food and beverage only (excludes mini bar and room service charges). This discount is only applicable when the member’s individual hotel bill is settled and paid directly by the member at time of check-out. The discount is not applicable if the member’s bill is settled to the member’s company or any other 3rd party payment arrangement.

Members not staying in the participating hotel but visiting the participating restaurants must state upon entering the restaurant and/or upon making a reservation that he/she is a Silver or Gold Jumeirah Sirius Member. Members are required to present a valid physical Silver or Gold membership card when dining at the restaurant, to avail of this privilege. Discounts on dining will be given only at participating restaurants and deducted before the final payment is made at the restaurant. This Tier Privilege is valid for a maximum of twelve (12) guests; any gratuities will be at the discretion of the Member. Only one ten percent (10%) discount will apply per party and may only be availed of when the bill is settled by a single payment method. Where multiple checks are requested, the ten per cent (10%) food and beverage discount will only be applied to the Member’s portion of the bill.

This discount is not applicable at any restaurants within Wild Wadi Waterpark or Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences, Dubai. When dining in a restaurant at another Jumeirah hotel, Silver and Gold Members staying at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residences, Dubai or at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Residences, Abu Dhabi must settle all food and beverage bills at the time of consumption and present a valid physical Silver or Gold membership card to avail of the discount.

6.16.Lifestyle Discount

This lifestyle discount is valid only at: (i) Talise Spa; and (ii) The Pavilion Dive Centre at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The Talise Spa at Burj Al Arab discount is only valid for Gold Card Members. The lifestyle discount is valid only for the Member's use. The name of the reservation and on the Jumeirah Sirius Card should be the same

The discount is for spa treatments only. The Member must state upon entering the spa and/or making a reservation that he/she is a Blue, Gold or Silver Member. Discounts will be given only at the relevant spa and not upon check-out at the hotel's reception.

This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. A valid Sirius Blue, Silver or Gold Sirius Card must be presented. Advance reservations are essential. Cancellation policy of twenty-four (24) hours applies.  In accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, male guests will be attended to by male therapists and female guests by female therapists.

Discounts offered by The Pavilion Dive Centre are for all courses and west coast (Dubai) based diving, and strictly not on dive equipment sales or any other diving charters.

6.17.Complimentary Access to Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Gold - complimentary plus three (3) guests

This Tier Privilege is free for Gold Members and up to three guests per day. Members may be required to show identification upon request. Access is strictly to the hotel only. Pool and beach access are not included. All guests must accompany the Member in order to avail of complimentary access, and such access is strictly non-transferable. Members and guests are not required to stay and/or dine at the hotel to use this facility. Jumeirah reserves the right to refuse entry to Members and guests who are not suitably attired, to be determined by Jumeirah in its sole discretion.

6.18.Club Executive Lounge Access

Blue - not applicable

Silver - not applicable

Gold - complimentary plus one (1) guest

This Tier Privilege is valid for Gold Members plus one (1) guest. Members accompanied by more than one guest may be charged for the additional guest(s).  Members may be required to show identification upon request. Access is to the Club Executive Lounge only in hotels offering such facilities.  Members are required to present a valid physical Gold membership card to avail of this privilege. Pool and beach access are not included. Lounge access is exclusive of all alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased at standard hotel prices. Member and guest are not required to stay at the hotel to use this facility. Jumeirah reserves the right to refuse entry to Members and guests who are not suitably attired, to be determined by Jumeirah in its sole discretion. This Tier Privilege is not valid at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. Access to the Spa & Fitness facilities is also not included.

6.19.Preferential Entry Fees for Wild Wadi Waterpark

Blue - 10% (Member plus four (4) guests)

Silver - 15% (Member plus four (4) guests)

Gold - 25% (Member plus four (4) guests)

The discount can only be availed of if the tickets are purchased at the entrance to the Wild Wadi Waterpark. The Member must present a valid Jumeirah Sirius Card upon entry. Guests must accompany the Member to qualify for the discount. This Tier Privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7. isme by Jumeirah and Jumeirah Sirius

isme by Jumeirah is JUMEIRAH’s new lifestyle rewards programme, designed uniquely for our hotels and resorts in the United Arab Emirates, this mobile app based programme offers members instant savings, generous rewards and exclusive invitations across all of our Jumeirah restaurants, spas and Wild Wadi Waterpark™ in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

7.1  A guest may be a member of both the Jumeirah Sirius programme and the  isme by Jumeirah programme.

7.2  Jumeirah Sirius and isme by Jumeirah are however considered two separate programmes with clearly different benefits and rewards structures. Jumeirah Sirius members can collect and exchange Jumeirah Sirius Points across all Jumeirah properties globally as per the terms and conditions of the Jumeirah Sirius programme. isme by Jumeirah distinguishes itself from Jumeirah Sirius by solely focusing on dining and lifestyle rewards at the Jumeirah hotels and resorts only in the United Arab Emirates and isme by Jumeirah terms and conditions apply.

7.3 A guest who is a Member of both programmes cannot use isme by Jumeirah benefits and rewards and Jumeirah Sirius benefits and rewards during the same visit.  A member must choose one or the other but not both.

7.4 It is advantageous for Members to be a part of both programmes, since they are complementary. Jumeirah Sirius Members who use their isme by Jumeirah App at participating locations will still be able to collect their Jumeirah Sirius Points and Tier Points on registered isme by Jumeirah spend as well as increase their isme by Jumeirah accumulated spend, thereby being rewarded in both programmes.

7.5 In order for Jumeirah Sirius Members to earn Jumeirah Sirius Points for eligible spend when presenting their isme by Jumeirah mobile app, Members must first ensure their Jumeirah Sirius membership number is saved in their profile in the isme by Jumeirah app. 

7.6 Once a Member’s Jumeirah Sirius membership is saved to an isme by Jumeirah profile, it cannot be changed.  Changes are only possible by contacting the isme by Jumeirah Contact Centre on 800-isme (4763) or at info@isme.jumeirah.com

7.7 Jumeirah Sirius Points may take up to one week to appear on their Jumeirah Sirius account statement. 

7.8 Jumeirah Sirius Points will only be awarded through the isme by Jumeriah mobile app on eligible isme by Jumeirah spend.  This does not include hotel room spend and therefore Jumeirah Sirius Members must continue to present their valid Jumeirah Sirius card upon check-in.

7.9 Standard Jumeirah Sirius programme terms and conditions continue to apply to all Jumeirah Sirius related rewards and benefits.

7.10 Jumeirah Sirius Members wishing to claim missing Jumeirah Sirius Points on their isme by Jumeirah spend should contact the Jumeirah Sirius Contact Centre on +971 (0) 4 364 7500.
