Rooftop yoga and meditation

Exhale old energy and inhale fresh sea air atop our white-washed rooftop, the perfect blank canvas for an invigorating open-air practice at sunrise or sunset. Rejuvenate your senses with the resort’s Mindful Collection of wellness activities.

Early risers will enjoy sunrise yoga, while yoga nidra is a meditative practice where the mind is guided to a state between sleep and wakefulness.

Alternatively, enjoy one-on-one pranayama to focus on breathing techniques that invite a sense of calm or align your qi, or inner energy, to the deep, soothing sounds reverberating from the Tibetan sound bowl struck by the spa’s in-house practitioners.

Expecting mothers looking to unwind can also take part in prenatal yoga, designed to stimulate blood circulation and alleviate discomfort.

Energising massage treatments

Talise Spa, our overwater haven, is at the heart of our resort. Enjoy fitness classes and alfresco yoga on our roof terrace, which is surrounded by calming water, or choose from an array of revitalising signature beauty and spa treatments.

Signature rituals include our Varugadha deep tissue massage which begins with an oil-free, deep tissue massage and stretching, followed by a traditional oil massage to leave you feeling energised.

Drawing inspiration from shiatsu, your Heyovaru Si’ Hatu masseuse will guide you through several breathing exercises before assessing and correcting your posture, while two masseuses release energy blockages in a Hathareh four-hand massage.

Revitalising rituals for couples

As the sun sets over Jumeirah Maldives Olhahali Island, you and your partner will be escorted up to a private rooftop or the secluded beach surrounding your villa, which your host will transform into a haven of flickering candlelight for the Firumaalaa couples’ ritual.

Following a couples’ massage you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars. An individual head, neck and shoulder massage completes this unforgettable evening with the chance to say varrah loabi vey – I love you.
