Over the past 25 years since I joined the pre-opening team at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, the evolution of this iconic property has been nothing short of remarkable. One Christmas Eve, a family checked into our hotel, eager to celebrate the holidays away from home. Our attentive butler, aware of the significance of the occasion, took it upon themselves to transform their suite into a winter wonderland, complete with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, festive decorations, and even personalized stockings for each family member.

The butler had discreetly gathered information about the family's preferences and went the extra mile to ensure that the atmosphere exuded warmth and joy. They arranged for a special Christmas dinner with all the traditional trimmings, creating a sense of home in a luxurious setting. The family was not only surprised but deeply moved by the thoughtful gestures that made their holiday exceptionally memorable.
