Embark on a culinary adventure curated by Maxime Salembie, the Associate Director of Food and Beverage at the renowned Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, where each dining experience promises to be an exquisite exploration of flavours, artistry, and exceptional service.

Hailing from France, Maxime's love affair with food began at a tender age of 14 when he assisted his father at their family-owned brasserie near Paris. His passion for gastronomy propelled him to new heights, and he joined Jumeirah in December 2020 as the General Manager of Al Muntaha, located within the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

Maxime's journey with Burj Al Arab Jumeirah started during the challenging pandemic times in 2020. He was entrusted with the task of overseeing the reopening of Al Muntaha, with a specific focus on securing accolades such as Gault Millau and Michelin. Together with award-winning Chef Saverio, Maxime successfully positioned Al Muntaha as a premier fine dining destination in Dubai. This accomplishment was recognised with the restaurant being awarded a prestigious Michelin star, a testament to Maxime's exemplary leadership. Subsequently, he was promoted to the role of Associate Director of Food and Beverage.
