Located within Talise Ottoman Spa, the Talise Gym is fitted with Technogym equipment to track your performance. Our gym features machines including the Excite (for cardio) and the Selection (for strength) – both equipped with a virtual coach. Meanwhile, our fitness instructors provide a range of personal training services including tailor-made workouts, fitness assessments and classes.

Personal training

For those who prefer to workout with a dedicated personal trainer, we also offer one-to-one training sessions. Personal training workouts are available in single sessions or in blocks of five sessions.
