T3 Lounge

Experience a presidential welcome at Jumeirah’s stylish new Airport lounge when you next arrive at Dubai Terminal 3. Enjoy the best of Jumeirah’s signature service in these exquisite surroundings with unrivalled facilities to refresh and relax, specialty culinary creations to indulge in and refreshments from our resident Barista. Access to the lounge is from the Terminal 3 Arrivals Concourse, after clearing customs control.  

We want to make your journey to us as smooth as possible so we offer services to assist you with your luggage (and negotiating one of the world’s busiest airports), or for a chauffeur to transfer you to and from the airport.

Airport pickup service

Take advantage of our fleet of luxury cars for a grand arrival or departure, or opt for our more affordable Jumeirah Sedan Transfers.

All prices are in UAE dirhams and inclusive of 7% municipality fees, 10% service charge and 5% VAT.

Meet-and-assist service

With our complimentary meet-and-assist service, a member of the team will greet you at arrivals in Dubai International Airport and help you with your luggage, after baggage collection on the way to the exit.

If you would like someone to meet you before you go through customs, we will be delighted to arrange one of the following services:

• Standard Ahlan Meet and Assist | AED 160 per person
• Premium Ahlan Meet and Assist | AED 270 per person
