We are aware that third parties are misusing the Jumeirah brand and are engaging in fraudulent recruitment. Such fraudulent activities include misusing candidates' personal information and offering non-existent jobs at Jumeirah hotels in return for payment.

Jumeirah does not send unsolicited emails with offers of employment, nor does it require any payment of fees for the processing of job applications or employment visas. All valid employment opportunities are advertised on the Jumeirah Careers website.

Any legitimate emails from Jumeirah's team will come from an authorised Jumeirah email address, which uses the "jumeirah.com" domain. Jumeirah does not permit employees to send or receive work related emails from personal accounts or any other email address.

Hotels managed by Jumeirah only make offers of employment after conducting an extensive interview process and will require candidates to sign a formal legal contract. Any offers of employment which do not follow this process are likely to be fraudulent.
