Keeping everyone healthy

On arrival, our colleagues will be wearing masks and respecting social distancing when greeting you. Masks and hydroalcoholic gel are available in numerous points across the hotel, for your convenience.

Family and friends’ activities

You are more than welcome to enjoy any social activities with friends and family that form part of your travel party.

Fabulous food in different formats

We remain committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Restaurants will be fully sanitised before each service and tables spaced at the appropriate distance. Cap Roig Brasserie and our Infinity and Sa Talaia Pool Bars will be open during the day and Sunset Sushi Lounge for aperitifs and dinners.

Leisure and facilities

You will be able to make full use of our exterior pools, Barbaroja Kids Club and Talise Spa with its gym and thermal area. To limit the number of guests, pre-booking is required for any treatments or Kids Club services. All equipment will be sanitised before and after each use.

Looking after your room

To minimise contact and the number of times our staff spends in your room, we will be servicing every 3 days, unless otherwise requested. For additional safety, we have removed all non-essential items like books and stationery from rooms and public areas. The minibar will only be filled upon request, so please kindly let us know your preferences before your arrival.

Discovering Mallorca

The island's restaurants have reopened their doors, as well as beaches, museums, and other leisure centres. A limited number of guests will be allowed in, and social distancing measures may cause delays or temporary interruptions of services once the maximum capacity is reached. We are at your service to arrange any private transfers to and from the hotel, while rental cars are also available. Please be aware that local authorities might change the above-mentioned regulations and restrictions at any given time – updates will be available daily at Reception Desk.
