Working With Us
Our National Future Leaders Programme is a 3-5 year fast track hotel operations course for all experienced UAE nationals, focusing on developing them both academically and operationally. Upon successful completion, they will become hotel directors within our prestigious hotels, and responsible for the management of the hotels’ commercial and operational strategies, and achieving financial and business targets.
Learning & Development:
We pride ourselves on our extensive company orientation programme that all new colleagues, including nationals, attend in the first month of joining the company. This is followed by a 2-4 day induction programme in the workplace, hotel or division where the colleague will be working.
We have a strong focus on developing and retaining our national colleagues. We offer a wide range of training and development courses for nationals at all levels, through our dedicated Centre for Learning & Development.
Our training programmes are designed with colleagues' career growth in mind. This means that, while a colleague is moving up the ranks, new training programmes become available to support their personal growth.
