There’s nothing better than a day out on the beach, except maybe in the luxury of one of our beach clubs. Forget sand in your sandwiches this is about great food, delicious drinks and an atmosphere to remember. So, prepare for a day of beachside indulgence, with pampering and private dining in some of the most amazing locations in the world.

The Terrace, Burj Al Arab

As an absolute icon of Arabian luxury, you can expect only the very best of the best at this luxury beach club at Burj Al Arab. A visual feast for the influencing generation, this is a hotel which prides itself on being cutting-edge – and stretching 100 metres out into the Arabian Gulf, there’s no denying that The Terrace is what Instagram dreams are made of. Whether it’s shaded swim-up pool bars, air-conditioned day beds or a more private cabana haven that’s first priority, this overwater beach space has pretty much everything covered. Water-wise, there’s a dazzling white sand beach for toes-in-the-sand relaxation or two tantalising terrace pools to unwind in style. Sun beds are everywhere – lap up the views with a lounger right by the water or upgrade to a luxury air-conditioned day bed for a dedicated butler service. Go straight for the ultimate VIP treatment and opt for a Royal Cabana – prepare to be unapologetically pampered with a private bathroom, spa menu and luxury dining. If and when hunger comes calling, there are plenty of choices dotted around the hotel – the Californian palette of the Scape Restaurant and Lounge are standout, or this season there’s a sophisticated new pop-up set to be the summer dining hotspot for a taste of the Med, SAL.
