Giving Back Through Responsible Food Stewardship

Food is an expression of generosity in our region. It brings people together, marks celebration, and carries meaning.

To honour this, we have established a structured food redistribution initiative that ensures surplus food is safely and responsibly shared with those in need through trusted community partners. This is not a transaction, nor a system of exchange, it is a gesture of care. A way of ensuring that what is prepared with intention continues its purpose beyond our tables.

In doing so, we reduce waste while extending the spirit of hospitality into the wider community.

Water: Respecting a Precious Resource

In a region where water is precious, stewardship is essential.

Our fully operational Sewage Treatment Plant allows treated water to be reused for irrigation across the resort’s gardens and landscaped grounds. Through this closed-loop system, we significantly reduce freshwater consumption while preserving the lush green spaces that frame the guest experience.

Here, sustainability flows quietly, sustaining the land without depleting it.

Energy in Balance

Efficiency, when designed thoughtfully, is invisible, yet powerful.

• Motion-sensor lighting and automated programmes reduce unnecessary consumption.
• Energy-efficient LED installations and timed controls ensure consistent optimisation.
• Continuous monitoring of the Building Management System allows operational parameters to be adjusted with precision.
• The Guest Room Management System enhances intelligent control of lighting and energy use.
• Balcony door sensors integrated with air-conditioning systems help maintain comfort while reducing excess electricity consumption.

Cultivating with Intention

Within the grounds, our landscaping team tends to an organic vegetable nursery, nurturing seasonal produce that finds its way directly to our kitchens. This small ecosystem strengthens our connection to the land, reduces external procurement, and ensures that what arrives at the table carries freshness and provenance.

In parallel, our in-house glass water bottling operation reduces reliance on plastic, offering a refined alternative aligned with environmental responsibility.
