Experience the journey of Oman's coastal bounty through our partnership with the fishermen of Qantab. Every Friday during the winter season, local fishermen arrive directly on the shores of Jumeirah Muscat Bay with their morning catch fresh from the waters of the Gulf of Oman. From 11:00 AM onwards, Executive Chef Dwayne Cheer and Chef de Cuisine Andrea Cattorini personally select the finest seafood available, including locally sourced grouper, snapper and squid, celebrating the seasonality, provenance, and exceptional quality of Omani waters.

 The day's selection is showcased at Brezza each Friday evening through a live fresh seafood display, allowing guests to discover and enjoy the catch of the day prepared with the signature craftsmanship of our culinary team.

 For those seeking a deeper culinary experience, private cooking classes with Executive Chef Dwayne Cheer are available upon request, offering exclusive insight into local seafood, ingredient selection, and preparation techniques.
