Pools and Spa
Please be informed that access is forbidden for children below 12 years old at the Infinity Pool.
Families with children are welcome at the Sa Talaia Pool.
The minimum age requirement to access the Talise thermal area and gym is 16.
Children and extra beds
Up to two adults and two children under the age of 12 can stay in Grand Deluxe Rooms. Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa considers children 12 year old or over as an adult. Extra charges may apply. Additional cots can be provided on request free of charge.
Pets
Pets up to 5kg are permitted in the hotel at a cost of €150 per stay.
Smoking
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms.
We have a number of support services to assist guests with special needs. Please contact our Concierge for more details.
Cash Payments
The limit for payments in cash in any currency is €2,500 (or equivalent) for individuals or guests with tax residence in Spain and € 15,000 (or equivalent) for individuals or guests with credited tax residence outside of Spain.
