Head Chef Luca Crostelli takes guests on a vibrant Italian Riviera journey, with a multi-course feast bursting with the season’s finest flavours. Each dish finds its match in sommelier Pasquale Sommella’s handpicked wines, crafted to elevate every moment.

Under a starlit sky, 30 world-class performers from the reowned ‘Inspiration Music & Arts’ light up Cala Vista with music, movement, and pure celebration, leading to a spectacular fireworks display over the legendary Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.

And when the clock strikes midnight, the night doesn’t end — it just shifts gears. The celebration carries on by the beach with an exclusive after-party at Shimmers. From that first toast to the final spark, Cala Vista’s New Year’s Eve is la dolce vita reimagined, an unforgettable celebration for all ages and a remarkable start to 2026. 

Date & Time: 31 December, 20:00 to 00:30, followed by an after-party at Shimmers until 02:00.
