Frederic Chardot
Chief Human Resources Officer
Frederic Chardot joined Jumeirah as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2024
providing strategic counsel for the Group’s human capital programmes
and policies.
Holding a master’s degree in Business Management with a
specialisation in Human Resources from École Supérieure de
Commerce de Marseille (Kedge Business School), Frederic also brings over two
decades of HR expertise in the luxury, retail, and business
sectors.
In his previous roles as Chief Human Resources Officer at Audemars Piguet
and senior HR and transformation positions at the LVMH Group across Paris,
New York, and Hong Kong, Frederic built a truly global perspective and an
unrivalled understanding of HR and culture within the luxury sector. He has
successfully reset the HR strategy for global organisations, enhancing the
employer brand and leading cultural transformation amidst significant
business growth and organisational change.
Frederic will oversee all Jumeirah’s HR functions driving talent
acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development in
alignment with the company's growth and brand evolution goals.
