Mr. Yeoh Chin Foong from Malaysia is currently the executive Chef of Jumeirah Nanjing. Chef Foong has worked in many luxury hotels in Dubai, Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and other places. He also served as the executive sous chef of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The restaurants managed also include the one-star Michelin restaurant Al Muntaha Cloud Restaurant and Al Mahara Underwater Restaurant at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai.He presents innovative dishes with Western cooking methods and forms a unique style.
