Pre-arrival information
Upon arrival at the lobby of Jumeirah Al Qasr, please approach a member of the Guest Relations or Concierge team who will direct you to the Sunset Lounge located on the fifth floor of the hotel. If you’d like to take an adventure and make your own way to the venue, please follow these steps.

• Enter Jumeirah Al Qasr and cross the hotel lobby, then veer to the right
• Count fifty paces forward to the end and take a right turn
• Ascend via the lift to the fifth floor
• Follow the markers guiding you to your take-off point

Please ensure to arrive at the lobby at least 15 minutes before your booking time.
