In a unique collaboration with renowned Lebanese jewellery designer Nada Ghazal, Executive Pastry Chef Martin Haidar has crafted a limited-edition cake that brings Nada Ghazal’s My Muse collection to life. Bold colours, sculptural forms, and delicate flavours of orange blossom, pistachio cream, and crisp cashew filo capture the spirit of Beirut.

This exquisite creation will shine at our Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea on Sunday 15 March in the sunlit Garden Rooms. Every mother will be treated to a personalised styling session at the Nada Ghazal boutique on Pont Street, while one fortunate guest will discover a bespoke jewellery piece by Nada Ghazal.
