Rose Your Way



Handful of ice cubes
Fresh pomegranate juice, 40 ml
Dash of Pomegranate Syrup for those who enjoy a sweet cocktail
Fresh lemon juice, 20 ml
Rose water, 40 ml
Top up with sparkling water

Add all ingredients straight to the glass and mix together


Midnight Express


Highball glass
5 fresh blackberries
5 fresh mint leaves
Ground ginger, 5 g
Top up with ginger ale

Add blackberry, mint and ginger in the highball glass
Mix all ingredients
Add the ice cubes and top up with ginger ale
With a long spoon mix and stir all ingredients before serving

Watermelon Wake Up


Fresh watermelon, sliced
A handful of mint leaves
The juice of 1 squeezed lemon
Elderflower cordial, 10-15 ml depending on the desired sweetness
Handful of ice cubes


 Place the ingredients in a blender, and blend until you get your desired liquid consistency


Coconut Blast


Coconut water, 100 ml
Lavender syrup, 20 ml
Lemon juice, 50 ml
Pineapple juice, 40 ml
Soda water, top up as desired
Handful of ice cubes

Mix the ingredients and pour into a long glass with ice cubes

Healthy Sparkling Mojito Lemonade


2 cups cold peppermint tea
1/3 cup honey
a handful of fresh mint leaves
3 limes, juice and zest
3 lemons, juiced
Sparkling water
Fresh mint leaves and lime or lemon wedges for garnish

Add the peppermint tea, honey, mint leaves, lime juice and zest, and lemon juice to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth
Strain the mixture into a large pitcher to remove any bits of mint leaves that remain
Fill glasses half-way with the mixture
Top it off with sparkling water, a lemon or lime wedge, and some fresh mint leaves for garnish

Pink Tropical


Coconut milk, 120 ml
Coconut cream, 30 ml
Pineapple juice, 45 ml
4 fresh strawberries
4 rocks of crushed ice

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until ice is crushed as desired
Pour in a cocktail glass and garnish with strawberry and pineapple

Red Ginger Fresh


Cranberry juice, 40 ml
Pomegranate juice, 60 ml
Ginger beer, 120 ml
Lime juice, 15 ml
Handful of ice cubes

Pour juices into a glass filled with ice cubes
Stir gently and add ginger beer while continuing to stir gently
Garnish the glass with fresh pomegranate seeds
