With the rise of the New Moon, a season of prosperity, luck, and new beginnings unfolds at the table. This Lunar New Year, Madame Li hosts an exclusive four-hands dining experience where Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Yeo joins forces with Chef Mehmet Ipar for a limited-time collaboration.

 

Together, the chefs present an elevated menu that brings refined Cantonese traditions into conversation with Madame Li’s contemporary culinary identity. Rooted in heritage yet expressive in execution, each dish is designed to be shared—celebrating togetherness, abundance, and the spirit of the season.

 

Chef Andrew Yeo’s journey, shaped by his grandmother’s kitchen in Singapore and refined through Michelin-starred Hakkasan and global luxury kitchens, meets Chef Mehmet Ipar’s distinctive approach, resulting in a menu that is thoughtful, generous, and celebratory.
