An extension of MURACA Art Studio, Mud Lab is a dedicated ceramics space led by the resort’s resident artists. Sessions unfold at an unhurried pace, welcoming guests of all ages and abilities to work intuitively with clay. Inspired by the natural textures and sun-washed tones of the Maldives, each creation takes shape through mindful making and thoughtful guidance. The result is a personal keepsake that reflects both the creative journey and moments spent on the island.

Pottery unfolds through three creative forms:

• Wheel Throwing - Engage with the steady motion of the wheel, where balance and patience guide each form into being.
• Hand Building - A free-flowing, hands-on process that invites imagination and exploration to shape organic forms.
• Pottery Painting - Add colour and detail inspired by the island’s natural palette, bringing depth and individuality to each creation.
