This season’s collection is divided into two distinct collections: Gâteaux de Voyage and Pastry Counter Desserts.
Gâteaux de Voyage
These elegant, travel-friendly cakes are designed for simplicity and sophistication. Identical in shape and beautifully glazed, they are perfect to enjoy on the go or at home. The collection includes 12 naturally flavoured varieties such as 64% Chocolate, Matcha, Pistachio & Cherry, and Lemon Yuzu, each showcasing balance, texture, and intensity without the need for artificial enhancements.
Pastry Counter Desserts
At The Chinoiserie counter, explore a refined selection rooted in natural flavour and creativity. Highlights include the signature 100% Vanilla, a layered celebration of pure vanilla, and the Chocolate Knightsbridge, inspired by the hotel’s refined neighbourhood, offering a blend of rich cocoa and delicate textures. Rounding out the collection are the Dubai Chocolate Cookies, inspired by the viral treat, and the soft Hazelnut Praline Madeleines, both perfect alongside coffee or tea.
