From Friday, 6 February till 8 March, Jumeirah Carlton Tower hosts an exclusive dining residency with L’Olivo, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant of Jumeirah Capri Palace in partnership with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and Hedonism Wines.

Hosted within an intimate setting with a private dining room accommodating up to 10 guests, this intimate experience showcases contemporary Italian cuisine through a refined tasting menu created by Andrea Migliaccio, Culinary Executive Director of Jumeirah, and executed by Salvatore Elefante, Executive Chef of L’Olivo Capri.

A curated selection of Champagne and fine wines accompanies each course, enhancing the flavours and elevating the gastronomic journey.

Set within a private salon inspired by Europe’s most elegant tasting rooms, the residency blends Michelin-starred cuisine, exceptional wines and Jumeirah’s signature hospitality, creating one of London’s most exclusive dining experiences. Priced at £110 for five courses and a glass of Champagne. Wine pairing available for an additional £100 per person.
