Children should be under the age of 12 to qualify for this rate when booking. Child / Infant cots can be provided on request.
The limit for payments in cash at our hotels in any currency is (i) AED 100,000 (or equivalent) for individual guests per stay; and (ii) AED 200,000 (or equivalent) for couples, families or groups per stay.
We are excited to announce that Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence is undergoing a refurbishment to further enhance our guests' experience. Scheduled to conclude in September 2023, this refurbishment aims to bring a renewed sense of elegance and sophistication to our property. Rest assured; we have taken meticulous measures to minimize any disruption to your stay.
Phase two of the refurbishment is now underway, and we would like to notify you that the construction for the swimming pool and restaurant has now begun. During this time, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed. However, we have made alternative arrangements for you to enjoy the pool facilities at Jumeirah Emirates Tower just few minutes away from our property, along with a convenient shuttle service. The restaurant has been relocated on the 34th floor and is fully operational with dine-in and room service options.
The construction works will be confined to specific areas, ensuring that noise and disturbances are kept to a minimum. We have designated the hours between 10 AM to 6 PM as the period when any potential noise may occur. However, rest assured that during this time we will go above and beyond to ensure that our guests' relaxation and serenity are maintained to the highest standards possible.

Please be advised that all guests including children staying at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a passport or National ID. UAE Nationals can check-in with either a passport, National ID or a valid UAE driving license.
Pets are permitted on certain conditions. Pet charges are applicable on per day or weekly basis.
Smoking in some rooms is permitted. Please request a smoking room at time of booking to ensure availability for your stay.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Kindly note that Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence has been identified as a no fly zone by Dubai Civil Aviation. Therefore, drones are prohibited by law around the premises and may be confiscated by authorities if seen in use, unless the required Dubai Civil Aviation permits are obtained.
