Guests will create their own mandala artwork, using colour and form as a way to explore emotion, enhance focus, and encourage relaxation. This meditative experience is designed to support mental clarity and emotional balance, while embracing presence and the beauty of imperfection.
Candlelight Sound Healing and Cacao Ritual
Set within the serene Yoga Garden, this candlelit experience invites you to reconnect with stillness under the stars.
Facilitated by Szilvia Timar, the journey begins with a nourishing cacao and vanilla chai ritual, before progressing into a profound sound healing experience, complemented by a guided meditation to restore balance and inner calm.

Sand Mandala Meditation
In observance of International Day of Action for Women’s Health, this guided sand mandala experience presents the opportunity for a shared ritual of creativity, reflection, and release.
A mandala is a geometric representation of the universe. Sand mandalas are traditionally created to encourage healing, peace, and spiritual focus for both the makers and observers. Their deliberate dissolution upon completion serves as a powerful reminder of impermanence and the transitory nature of life.
In this group-led session, guests will collaborate to create a collective sand mandala, using colour, pattern, and intention as tools for mindfulness and connection. The experience concludes with the ceremonial dismantling of the artwork, offering a reflective moment on letting go and non-attachment.
