Across two intimate four-hands experiences, their culinary worlds come together through a specially curated dinner and an immersive masterclass, each offering a different way to discover the craft, heritage and depth of Thai cuisine. Four-Hands Thai DinnerFor two exceptional evenings, Chef Amara Mahayothee and Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe come together for a specially curated dinner featuring dishes from both Pai Thai and Blue Elephant. Four-Hands Thai Masterclass
Join Chef Amara Mahayothee and Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe for an intimate hands-on masterclass exploring three Thai dishes: Yam Sam O (pomelo salad), Chor Muang (purple dumplings), Gaeng Phed Goong (red prawn curry), and Khao Niew Ma Muang (mango sticky rice). Learn the techniques and traditions behind each recipe before concluding the experience with a specially curated three-course lunch at Pai Thai.
