She moved from a quaint restaurant in Porto Recanati to Florence's renowned Borgo San Jacopo, where she worked for 14 years. At Pierchic, Chef Beatrice hopes every guest realises she cooks with all her heart, believing a restaurant's success stems from the chef's passion in every dish.
