• Reward E-Certificates are valid against payment for Food and Beverage consumed at selected Jumeirah restaurants in Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Jumeirah Emirates Tower, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Zabeel House The Greens, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Hotel and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort in United Arab Emirates.
• Restrictions on Reward E-Certificates’ use may apply.
• Prior reservations are required to use the Reward E-Certificates.
• Reward E-Certificates must be used in full and one time only. No change or credit given for any remaining unused amounts.
• Reward E-Certificates, once expired or redeemed, cannot be cancelled nor Jumeirah One Points reimbursed.
• Reward E-Certificates will not be extended if expiration date has passed.
• Reward E-Certificates are not exchangeable neither in full nor in part for cash.
• Reward E-Certificates have to be used by the members only and a valid Jumeirah One membership card has to be presented at time of usage.
• Reward E-Certificates cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
