- All room rates are subject to 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night and an additional 5% VAT.
- A minimum length of stay of five (5) nights for rooms and seven (7) nights for suites apply for stays over 31 December 2019. Check-out restriction applies on 31 December.
- New Year's Eve rate is subject to arrangements for the mandatory Midnight Gala Dinner, which will be charged separately and is not included in the room rate. It will be automatically added to the stay total, according to the number of occupants, on any booking made over 31 December 2019.
- Due to the mandatory Midnight Gala Dinner, the Half Board package cannot be availed on this day.
