Terms and Conditions

• All room rates are subject to 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night and an additional 5% VAT.
• Reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of the booking.
• All staying guests, including children, are required to present original valid identification (passport or UAE/GCC National ID) which may be scanned upon check-in.
• Burj Al Arab suite reservations will contact the guest upon booking to arrange the luxury cabana.
• Cabanas can be booked on a full day basis from 08:00 to 18:00. One full day access per night.
• This offer is not valid for Royal Cabanas.
• Airport transfers must booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• In an effort to continually enhance the guest experience, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ will be conducting its essential maintenance between January and February 2021. During this period, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ will experience full closure.
• Standard cancellation policy of the hotel is applicable.
• Black out dates and room restrictions are applicable.
