Members can redeem their Jumeirah One Points for an overnight hotel stay (“Stay Reward”).
Redeeming Points for Stay Rewards is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
Advanced reservations are required, and Stay Rewards must be booked directly by the Member, either via the Jumeirah-one.com website, the Jumeirah App or by contacting the Jumeirah One Contact Centre.
Stay Rewards cannot be requested at time of check in, nor at check-out, nor during a stay.
The number of Jumeirah One Points required for a Stay Reward will vary and are subject to the availability of an applicable rate at time of booking, the length of stay, the selected Participating Property and room category selected.
All Stay Rewards are subject to service charge, tourism fee, municipality fee and any applicable taxes at Participating Properties depending on local legislation.
Should a Member wish to amend a Stay Reward, (e.g. change the Participating Property, room category or date of stay) the Member must first cancel the existing Stay Reward and then book a new Stay Reward at the desired Participating Property on the desired date.
The amount of Jumeirah One Points required for any new Stay Reward will re-calculated as set out in Article 2.2.5 of the Programme Rules, at time of booking and subject to availability at time of booking.
Members will not earn Jumeirah One Points nor Airline Partner Miles on Stay Rewards.
Stay Rewards are subject to the booking requirements of the individual Participating Property, such as minimum length of stay requirements or any other restrictions.
All Stay Rewards are subject to the Participating Property’s standard room occupancy limitations.
Stay Rewards do not include any food, beverage, other incidental expenses, service charges or local tourism fees. These charges are to be paid directly by the Member to the Participating Property upon check-out.
When a Member checks-in with a Stay Reward, the Member will be required to present a photo identification and provide a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges based on the Participating Property’s check-in policy which may vary between properties.
Stay Reward reservations must be cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty of forfeiting Jumeirah One Points for the value of one night.
Stay Reward reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, or if the Member is a no-show, or if the Member decides to check-out early will result in forfeited Jumeirah One Points. The amount of Jumeirah One Points to be forfeited is calculated by dividing the total number of Points redeemed for the Stay Reward by the number of nights for the stay.
At certain times of the year, special cancellation policies may apply, and these will be communicated at time of booking. On such occasions, the Member may forfeit all the Jumeirah One Points redeemed for the entire stay.
A Member may redeem Jumeirah One Points for up to a total of ten (10) guest rooms at the same Participating Property over the same dates. When doing so, the Member agrees to make a legitimate Stay Reward reservation in good faith for use by the Member and their invited guests only, and not for any other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any Stay Reward reservation in anticipation of demand.
Jumeirah reserves the right to cancel any Stay Reward reservations it believes to be in violation of these Programme Rules.
If a hotel is no longer a Participating Property in the Jumeirah One programme, for any reason, after a Member has made a Stay Reward reservation but before the Member’s Stay Reward arrival date, the Member will have an option to cancel their Stay Reward without penalty and all Jumeirah One Points will be reimbursed to their Jumeirah One membership account.
Stay Rewards will not be accepted by any hotels that are no longer Participating Properties.
