The jewel in its Dubai Food Festival crown is a 4-Hands Dinner with Chef Cristian Goya and Chef Akmal Anuar. This exclusive, one-night collaboration between two of Dubai’s most exciting chefs will take place at KAYTO, Jumeirah’s effortlessly cool Nikkei restaurant at Jumeirah Al Naseem. Head Chef Cristian Goya will be joined by Chef Akmal Anuar of White Rice Co. for an exclusive Peruvian-Japanese ten-course menu, where guests can enjoy true gastronomic magic as these two masters come together to showcase the very best in Nikkei cuisine.
Chef Akmal Anuar has over 20 years of culinary experience working predominantly in Singapore and Dubai. Famed for his distinct style and identity, he was the Head Chef at the famous Iggy’s Restaurant in Singapore for more than seven years, with the venue recognised in the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants, securing the 26th position in 2012 and voted No. 1 restaurant in Asia. In Dubai, his experience includes 3Fils, an original home-grown concept that was listed as one of the 10 coolest places to eat by Forbes magazine in 2019 and made it to the 50 Best discovery list by The World's 50 best.
Commenting on the collaboration with Jumeirah, Chef Akmal Anuar of White Rice Co. said: “Dubai Food Festival is the perfect opportunity to come together with fellow chefs to showcase the incredible calibre of the Emirate’s dining scene. I am delighted to partner with a brand like Jumeirah, one that holds impressive culinary credentials both here in the UAE and around the globe, to create a truly spectacular dining experience that is befitting of Dubai’s superior culinary offering. I love Chef Cristian’s food and look forward to working with him to create delicious and unique dishes for our guests.”

Meanwhile, those looking for an authentic Thai dining experience can ‘Discover the Five Tastes of Thailand’ with Pai Thai. The award-winning restaurant set within Madinat Jumeirah’s tranquil waterways is offering a special, limited time menu that explores the five key flavours of Thailand: bitter, salty, spicy, sour, and sweet for an evening of irresistible Thai cuisine. For another beachside escape, guests can head to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and choose from two exceptional dining experiences. Set in a private gazebo on the beach, couples or families can opt for an evening under the stars and indulge in a five-course set menu paired with a bottle of grape, while their every whim is taken care of by a dedicated butler. The Ottoman-inspired retreat is also hosting an exclusive evening with the first-ever Emirati Chef, Chef Musabbeh, and Chef Hanane Ouaddahou, an independent Moroccan Chef, TV personality and Food Consultant.
