Dubai, 18 November 2020: Jumeirah Group, the luxury hospitality group and member of Dubai Holding, has won Best Digital Design and User Experience at the Seamless Middle East Awards 2020 for its newly enhanced website


The win marks another positive outcome of the Group’s ongoing drive to innovate and introduce new enhancements to its world-class guest experience for service beyond expectations. The redesigned website provides guests with a seamless booking experience across all room and restaurant reservations and invites guests to immerse themselves in inspirational experience-led content. Offering a sleek design, heightened visual content, integrated information and user-friendly navigation and booking processes, the award winning website offers unique features including guaranteed connected rooms aimed at addressing the needs of families, a waitlist to facilitate guest preferences and integrated influencer reviews when booking premium products, all of which are industry differentiators aimed at creating guest value.


Jumeirah Group has also launched a series of website features including both destination and hotel led room searches, saving of incomplete bookings, and personalised add ons including private butler service and private dining, as well as video-enabled image galleries.

Held on the 16th of November, the awards ceremony brought together hundreds of industry leaders to celebrate the most impressive technological efforts in the sectors of banking, aviation, hospitality and retail among others. This year saw the participation of more than 550 international companies, with the awards attended by 200 companies from over 35 countries.
