Jumeirah Frankfurt apprentice receives scholarship at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, Dubai

Frankfurt, 26 November 2014:  Jumeirah Frankfurt, the first Jumeirah hotel in Germany, is proud to announce that its apprentice Justine Andratzek has become the first student to be awarded a full scholarship at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM).

Justine’s three years of study in Dubai, UAE will be sponsored by the EAHM, Jumeirah Frankfurt and The Ronnefeldt Tea Company - a traditional tea manufacturer based in Frankfurt, which supplies tea to the world’s top hotels including Jumeirah Frankfurt.

The scholarship will offer Justine the chance to acquire a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in International Hospitality Management. Following her degree, Justine will also have the opportunity to work at Jumeirah Frankfurt as a full-time employee. 

Justine was one of Jumeirah Frankfurt’s first apprentices and demonstrated a strong commitment to the hospitality industry alongside academic excellence in her vocational training and school results.

Andreas Beisser, Director of Operations and Projects at EAHM, said: “I am delighted to welcome the first student to be sponsored by three parties at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. It was a pleasure to have been involved in the process and to bring the parties together who are all delighted that Justine has been given this wonderful opportunity to develop further in the hospitality industry in Dubai. We are certain that more talent will follow from Jumeirah Frankfurt in the future.” 

The agreement with The Ronnefeldt Tea Company, Jumeirah Frankfurt, EAHM and Justine Andratzek was signed at Jumeirah Frankfurt on 13 November 2014.
