Jumeirah Restaurants LLC announced its participation at Taste of Dubai 2012.

Dubai-UAE: 15 February 2012: the noodle house, the flagship brand of Jumeirah Restaurants LLC, today announced its participation at Taste of Dubai 2012. 

Since its inception in 2002, the noodle house has grown from strength to strength earning the Superbrand status for 2012. The Dubai-based South East Asian franchise is set to celebrate 10 years of success in May. Marking a presence in eight countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Cyprus, the chain is rapidly expanding with outlets in the pipeline in Russia, Lebanon, Bahrain and other major territories worldwide. 

The restaurant’s stand at the festival will serve as a strategic contact point for potential franchisers to acquire information about the noodle house with a view to taking the brand into their preferred region. Lloyd Carter, Executive Chef, the noodle house, will participate at the ‘Cookery School’, to host a fun-filled ‘master-class’ for budding chefs at Taste of Dubai. 

Held from 15-17 March at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre and Park, Taste of Dubai will showcase the top restaurants in Dubai as well as feature world renowned culinary enthusiasts and industry players. 

Lloyd Carter, Executive Chef, the noodle house, said: “Our participation at Taste of Dubai is extremely important given the magnitude of the festival in the region. It will be a great opportunity for people to find out more about what’s going on with the noodle house this year. In addition to being voted a Superbrand by the UAE council, we are celebrating our 10th birthday in May. Other developments include the launch of a new menu this month and the signing of some crucial territories to expand into.”
