Rivington Grill to Offer ‘A Flavour of The Ivy’ Ahead of Restaurant’s Forthcoming Launch

Dubai-UAE: 2 March 2011 – Rivington Grill, the first restaurant of Caprice Holdings toopen in Dubai and part of Jumeirah Restaurants LLC, a division of Dubai-based luxury hospitality company Jumeirah Group, today announced it has put together exclusivespecials from The Ivy as a precursor to the restaurant’s opening in May 2011.

‘A Flavour of The Ivy’ will run in Rivington Grill from 6 - 12 March and serve iced plum tomato soup with basil and mozzarella and aromatic duck salad with watermelon and chilli cashews for starters, Thai-baked sea bass with fragrant rice and Moroccan spiced rump of lamb with hummus, harissa and smoked eggplant for the main course, and warm chocolate pudding with peppermint ice cream and iced Scandinavian berries withhot white chocolate sauce for dessert.

Set for launch at The Boulevard at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, The Ivy will offerbrasserie-style menu with a selection of The Ivy classics such as its world famousshepherd’s pie and Scandinavian iced berries with hot white chocolate sauce. For themore eclectic diner, it will also offer an innovative take on more contemporary cuisinechoices.

The Ivy in Dubai will share the same standards of food, ambience and service as The Ivy in London, but also take on board the best that Dubai has to offer. An ideal place forlunch, dinner or simply a drink at the bar, it will feature a 16-cover private dining roomfor a more intimate dining experience.
