Jumeirah Guangzhou and Jumeirah Living Guangzhou, China

Jumeirah Guangzhou is located in the centre of New Pearl City, Tian He District, Guangzhou’s premier and rapidly growing commercial city centre.

The hotel will feature several restaurants and bars, a Talise Spa, swimming pool and fitness centre. It will also offer 124 premier rooms and spa suites. The former rooms located on high floors with commanding views of Guangzhou’s city centre. The spa suites link to the recreational facilities for providing the greatest convenience to spa lovers.

Jumeirah Living Guangzhou will consist of 169-room Serviced Apartments and will feature a resident’s breakfast lounge, a library, outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre. The Serviced Apartments will be situated adjacent to the GT Land Retail Plaza, providing great connections to the social centre of Guangzhou.

Jumeirah Hangzhou, China 

Jumeirah Hangzhou will be located in the central business district of Qianjiang River New Town. The five–star hotel will have easy access to the picturesque and culturally rich West Lake area.

Hangzhou is just a one-hour train journey from Shanghai and is served by Xiaoshan International Airport. Guests will enjoy numerous food and beverage outlets, a banquet and conference centre and extensive entertainment and retail facilities.

Jumeirah Thousand Islands Lake Resort, Qiandaohu, China 

Jumeirah Thousand Islands Lake Resort is situated on Qiandao Lake in the heart of the popular Hangzhou-Thousand Island Yellow Mountain Golden Tourism Route, approximately 135 km from Hangzhou. Surrounded by lush forests and offering beautiful lakeside views, the property will consist of luxury hotel guestrooms in the hotel block and hotel guestrooms in villas dotted among the trees. In addition, there will be an all-day-dining restaurant together with a Chinese Restaurant and a wine bar.

Jumeirah Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Residences, Malaysia 

Set within one of the three towers that make up this landmark development, the Jumeirah Kuala Lumpur project includes a 185 hotel and 267 premium residences, branded Jumeirah. The hotel will include a fine dining restaurant, a lounge bar and a bar as well as a Club Executive, Talise Wellness Spa, fitness club and swimming pool, which will be located on the upper floor offering spectacular views.
