Nabil M. Ramadhan joined Jumeirah Group in 2013 after a fourteen year career with some of the UAE’s top organisations. As Group Chief Real Estate & Asset Management Officer, is responsible for the protection and ongoing efficiency of Jumeirah’s assets through capital planning, asset management, refurbishments and new build opportunities.
Previously Nabil held the position of Group Chief Human Capital Officer, a role he held for three years during which time he oversaw Jumeirah’s 13,500 employees. Nabil was responsible for the successful implementation of the Group’s HR strategy and led the strategy department. He supervised the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, working closely with the Academy’s Managing Director, who reported into Nabil.
An Emirati citizen, Nabil joined Jumeirah from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority where he was Chief Operating Officer responsible for the overall Operations division including human capital, real estate, security, information technology, procurement, administration and operational excellence. Nabil also supported the development and execution of the DIFC’s strategy and business plan. Before joining DIFC Authority in 2006, Nabil held a number of roles including Dubai Properties as Director of Human Resources, Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone as Head of Human Capital Services and at the start of his career, for Emirates Group in the performance development department.
Nabil holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA and is a graduate of the Mohamed bin Rashid Leadership Programme. He is a board member of Indemaj, the independent non-profit organisation that supports the development of quality education in all UAE Government Schools especially in rural areas.
