It’s nestled within an exclusive natural environment

With calming desert on one side and picturesque gardens on the other, this destination spa includes 13 treatment rooms and two couples’ rooms. Located just 90 minutes from Dubai, this is the perfect place for couples and groups of friends to escape and rest the body, mind and soul.

You can experience incredible treatments by Margy’s Monte Carlo

This brand has an international reputation of prestige, thanks to the quality of its formulae. The Red Carpet Facial by Margy’s Monte Carlo is a special glowing anti-aging facial which guarantees a skin transformation thanks to the precious active ingredients based on high purity, biologically active collagen. Your skin will be intensively hydrated, wrinkles will be plumped and the entire process will slow down the appearance of new signs of aging.

There’s a plethora of treatments to choose from

Trained to tailor each treatment to every guest’s individual wishes, spa treatments are delivered with faultless service. Highlights include the customized wellness journeys, the signature Al Wathba Revitalising Massage and the Hammamii Desert Massage ritual. The latter incorporates deep breathing meditation and utilizes nourishing local Hammamii oils for healing trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.

The facilities are simply amazing

The relaxation areas comprise both private male and female changing rooms, a healing salt sauna, steam rooms, plunge pools, a snow cave, traditional Turkish hammam, a special cryo experience and for the adventurous, there’s even an invigorating ice bucket shower. The open-air yoga pavilion is perfect for anyone wishing to find their desert spirit.

You can try Cryotherapy

Yes that’s right, the resort offers IceLab Cryo Therapy. This is described as a “revitalising experience,” as the body is exposed to extremely cold temperatures (-166°F / -110°C) for 1-3 minutes. The results promise a spontaneous well-being feeling afterwards and the positive effects are said to benefit the mind, relax muscles, help with slimming and even anti-ageing.

Discover the incredible Turkish Hammam

If you’re looking for a rejuvenation journey, indulge in the luxurious Turkish Hammams inspired by traditional Turkish bathhouses. This foam ritual begins with eucalyptus to awaken the senses and is followed by aromatic rosemary “Kirmizi Biber” exfoliation. A refreshing, healing white clay mask infused with mint is then liberally applied. Following rinsing, luxurious body oil is applied leaving guests feeling positively refreshed.

Sound Experience

Did you know that optimum wellness is achieved when we are in harmony with our natural resonant frequency? Calm the mind and try a new short cut to zen with sound therapy. This treatment uses rhythm, frequency and different sensory tools to influence brain wave frequencies and bring about positive changes. Sound therapy helps to downshift a normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep, where internal healing can occur) to improve health and well-being.

Talise Fitness Centre

For gym enthusiasts, the Talise fitness centre offers a comprehensive range of TechnoGym equipment, private personal training, exercise sessions and private memberships. The Talise Boutique offers professional spa products to purchase and take home.

To celebrate Talise Spa’s opening, two new spa packages have been launched. Prices start from AED 1900++ on weekdays, AED 2200++ on weekends and include a AED 500 spa credit per person.
