- CHECK-IN: From 14:00
- CHECK-OUT: Until 12:00
- CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS: Two children below the age of six can share the room with their parents free of charge. Children between the age of six and twelve can stay with their parents with an extra bed in the room. Only one extra bed is allowed in the room at a fee of KD 15, plus 15% service charge.
- PETS: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.
- SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the non-smoking area’s as dedicated and for rooms Lobby executive office side . Our 2nd and 5th floors are also non-smoking.
- GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS: We have a number of support services to assist guests with special needs. Please contact our Concierge for more details.
